Return & Exchange Policy – TRENQO
At TRENQO, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and exchange process. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns Inside Dhaka City
- Customers within Dhaka are requested to check the product upon delivery in front of the delivery agent.
- If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it immediately.
- In this case, only the delivery charge will be applicable.
2. Returns Outside Dhaka City
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers can also inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- If the product is not as expected, please return it directly through the delivery agent.
- No extra return fee will apply apart from the delivery charge already paid.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in unused and unworn condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Returns must be made at the time of delivery only. Products cannot be returned once accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable).
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, you may request it during delivery (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests after accepting the product will not be possible.
6. Refunds
- Since returns are made immediately during delivery, refunds are processed by deducting only the delivery charge.
- If the product is accepted and later reported as faulty or unsatisfactory, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
